A ruckus over a major casino jackpot has been resolved, and Freddy Howard is $260,000 richer. The dispute began on August 29 when Howard was at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in southern Florida and swiped his Player\’s Card in a \’\'Swipe & Win\’\’ progressive jackpot promotional kiosk.
